You Have Done the Research.
The Move Still Feels Out of Reach.

You have watched the videos. You have followed the pages. You know Ghana is the move. But getting on a plane and navigating a new country with real money on the line is still terrifying.

  • "Who can I actually trust? How do I know I am not being scammed?"
  • "What if I buy land in the wrong area or through the wrong person?"
  • "How do I find community in a place where I do not know a single person?"
  • "What does daily life actually look like? Can I afford to live the way I want?"

The gap between wanting to move and actually moving is the unknown. The Tour closes that gap in six days.

A Relocation Accelerator.
Your Fastest Path to Clarity.

The BLAXIT VIP Relocation Tour is a 6-day immersive experience designed for the person who is done planning and ready to act. It combines the expert education of the Ghana Relocation Summit with the on-the-ground scouting that makes a life-changing decision feel real and possible.

You travel as part of a small, curated group. You tour the Osu heritage sites, meet vetted developers in the Aburi hills, walk the neighborhoods of Accra, and sit front section at the Summit alongside the government officials who can answer your questions directly.

Tony and Ayo have lived where you are going for six years and have run a tour company for five. When you travel with them, you travel with neighbors who already know the roads.

Tony and Ayo Jones

Tony and Ayo Live Where You Are Going.

Tony and Ayo Jones moved their family from Texas to Accra in 2020. They did it without a roadmap, learned the hard way, and built Expat Life Ghana from the ground up so the families coming after them have a direct path in.

Their story was featured on HBO Max's Coming From America and they have been seen on TLC Africa, BBC, Al Jazeera, NPR, and E! They know where to get great jollof, which developers to trust, and which questions to ask at the Lands Commission.

When you travel with them, you travel with people who already live where you are going.

Frequently Asked Questions

What dates is the 2027 tour?

The 2027 BLAXIT VIP Relocation Tour runs March 21 through March 27, 2027. The Ghana Relocation Summit takes place on Wednesday March 24 and Thursday March 25. To arrive on time, depart the USA on Saturday March 20 for a Sunday March 21 arrival in Accra. You depart Ghana on Friday March 26 and are home by Saturday March 27.

Do I need to book my own flights?

Yes. International flights are not included in the tour price. You book your own round-trip to Accra International Airport. We recommend departing the USA on Saturday, March 20 for an on-time Sunday arrival. Our team handles your airport pickup and all ground transport from that point forward.

What hotel will we stay at?

The 2027 tour is based at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra or an equivalent premier property. All rooms include air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, backup generator, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour security. Final venue is confirmed with registered participants.

What if I am not sure I want to relocate yet?

That is exactly who this tour is for. You do not need to have your mind made up. You need to see it, feel it, and talk to the people who have already done it. Most guests arrive with questions and leave with clarity. Some decide Ghana is the move. Some decide it is not. Both outcomes are a win because you made the decision from experience, not speculation.

Can I attend the Summit without the tour?

Yes. General admission Summit tickets are available separately at summit.expatlifeghana.com. The Tour is the VIP track: you arrive early, get the heritage and scouting experience, and attend the Summit as a VIP with front-section seating and exclusive access. If you are only interested in the Summit education, general admission is the right fit.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Flexible payment options are available through Affirm and Klarna at checkout. You can split your tour cost into monthly payments that work for your budget. Select your payment option when you reserve your spot.

What is the minimum group size to run the tour?

We need a minimum of 6 rooms booked to run the tour. If we do not reach that minimum, all deposits are fully refunded and registered guests receive general admission Summit access instead. The tour is capped at 20 guests to protect the intimacy and access quality of the experience.

Do I need a visa?

Yes. US citizens need a Ghana entry visa and a Yellow Fever vaccination card. Once you register, we provide an official visa invitation letter to support your application. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

What if something goes wrong while I am in Ghana?

Tony and Ayo have been on the ground in Accra since 2020 and have hosted hundreds of diaspora travelers. They have established medical partners in Accra and a clear protocol for any situation that arises. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and we can point you to trusted providers after you register.
